Checked mine today and the battery was at 95% and the last full charge was last Friday, so it looks like you do have a faulty one. BTW, I did get a response from customer service when I contacted them. Response time was 2 days.

iPhone/iPod touch & Android versions are in the works. I apologize, and thanks to everyone for their continued patience...

I also own a XGPS160 now :-)! Below is a quick 0-100 km/h test with my daily car. Does it in 8.4s, manufacturer says 8.6s, so I'm happy!

Did you work out the time from the video or does the car computer give the data? If it was the video how did you do it with that accuracy?

I did it with a Quicktime by browsing through the video with the Arrow keys (left-right) to see the video frame by frame. The moment I saw my headlights going up I wrote the time from Laptimer down and did the same when the speed was going from 100km/h to 101 km/h. Then subtract the last time with the first time and there you have your 0-100 :).

EDIT: You can also do a CSV export and see in Excel the time difference (time-stamp from NMEA stream). Then I even get a 8.2s hèhè :o . And that for a 2 liter diesel ;-).

Yes, just wanted to add that this method to read out speeds and movement from video is no accurate approach. It is best to import the CSV to Excel, add a smooth diagram from speed values (y axis) and timeFromStart (x axis). Next, check the x the graph crosses 0 and 100 - and subtract the corresponding x values.

Again, you could simply export as VBO and use Racelogic's Performance Tools to calculate 0-100kmh.

I tried Circuit Tools 2 and VBOX Tools, both won't read my VBO files (made with v17.4.3). I added my VBO file if you want to test if it does work for you. The GPS rate was 10Hz.

Please check the FAQ here on the forum (Troubleshooting) on problems with VBO exports. It is almost always about line end conversions applied by Windows mail programs.
