Dear Harry,
I've just purchased your program for iOS. It's very interesting to starting to learn all the functions. I have tried to use the data download function for CSV files and it works well with all the GPS data. Further processing them with Excel is very easy. Now here comes my feature request: I'm sometimes recording OBD data of my car (good old 996). If you could implement the functionality to record and export also the OBD data within the same CSV file of the GPS data that would be great!
I have connected a KIWI WIFI adapter. Recording the following PIDs and being able to export them together with the GPS data would be fantastic:
PID: - Meaning:
0104 - % load
0105 - °C engine coolant
010C - engine RPM
010D - km/h
010F - °C air intake
0111 - % throttle
Plus the voltage of the battery, where I couldn't find the PID, but I know you can read and display it (in screen GPS data).
Thanks in advance and best Regards!

Re: OBD data recording and export
Hi,
You can find the OBD data fields in the right of the CSV export:
RPM,MAF,WHEEL_SPEED_KPH,WHEEL_SPEED_MPH,THROTTLE,GEAR,FUELLEVEL,COOLANT_CELSIUS,OIL_CELSIUS,MAP
This are all PIDs LapTimer records, additional fields are displayed only.

Re: OBD data recording and export
Hello,
oops - I haven't found this before! Great, a lot of PIDs are there already. Would it be possible to also add "010F - °C air intake temperature "and "battery voltage", maybe in a later version?

Re: OBD data recording and export
IAT will be added in a later version. Battery level is requested through AT commands (no PIDs) and displayed only. Is there a reason you need this for track use? There are several general purpose OBD apps around. I usually add only PIDs important for track analysis. Or do you race a hybrid car

Re: OBD data recording and export
No, I haven't made it to the track yet, I recorded just some normal driving. I have to date just used some general OBD software on an old XP notebook in the car to read these values and looked at the graphs how the engine warms up and the temperature levels at different speeds... not really important for track usage. If these parameter are provided by your software now then I can replace the Notebook with my iPhone, which is much more handy. Thanks a lot anyway!
