Issue with the video function

Hi, I bought yesterday the "Harry's lap timer rookie" app. I wanted to test it, but didn't works. I put most value on the video function but it doesn't work.. I look in the settings and found the sensors but "iPhone Video" unavailable. Why is that? Use iOS 6.1.3, but it does not work in 5.1.1. Can anyone help me?

Video support starts with LapTimer Petrolhead, the Rookie Edition is for regular lap timing only.
