Trouble Connecting to XGPS receiver

I'm trying to connect my iphone 4 to my new xgps 150a device. My iphone is paired to the XGPS, but when I try to connect to it in HLT, it doesn't show up in the sensors list. What am I doing wrong? Thanks!

I'd suggest to restart your iPhone and try again. Please check you have not turned off GPS Accessories in LapTimer's Expert Settings in addition.

I'm an idiot. I had the switch in the wrong position...

Was able to configure it w/my iPhone somehow, but when I launched the Dual bluetooth GPS utility, it didn't recognize it either, so I knew something was wrong.
