Help on issues you run into with LapTimer; in case you have a question on how to use LapTimer, use the forum "Using LapTimer" instead

KML is not supposed to work with Dashware ;-) Please use CSV for Dashware and KML for Google Earth. Any idea what has changed compared to your first test?

maybe thats why it wasn't working

Hmm i'm not sure, I think it was the fact that I was driving when I passed it or just the fact that AT&T isn't the best carrier and service goes in and out around town.

One more question I did some more playing today got 2 separate sessions at 2 places which did great. When I went to do put it in dashware it has no RPM input. Before I only had the max rpm, but I just did all the specs in HLT(max kW, max torque, gear ratios, and tire size), and re-exported it and still no RPM. Will the next session I do have the RPM in the data file or what?

RPM is part of the OBD features of HLT and you need additional hardware like the Kiwi Wifi or the Gopoint BT1 etc.
For OBD to work your vehicle also needs to be OBDII compliant. You should find plenty of info on OBD here in the forums.

I see well there went my idea, I am using my 01 zx6r and it has no OBD port on it. My 08 Daytona 675 might I'd have to do some searching on the internet for it.

As OBD II is not mandatory for motorbikes, support is limited so far. I have seen BMWs and Ducatis featuring OBD, maybe there are more.

Power commanders or fuel controllers might have a port, all depends on who makes it
