VideoPro app on Iphone 4s

I have an Iphone and updated it with new OS. Now I can't get into VideoPro app. It asks for Apple ID and password, I put that in, then it returns to the Iphone home screen. Any ideas?

Only idea is you used a different iTunes ID for the initial purchase. Apple stores the app / ID pairs so you can download apps later again. It seems iOS detects VideoPro has not been purchased for your current id, so it asks again...
