Hi. I’m not involved in racing, I’m trying to semi-accurately determine property boundaries of a remote parcel. I was considering the p-7 pro because of its accuracy claims (true or not) and was exploring GPS buddy as it’s listed as compatible with iOS.
Is that the case?
Also, is there a way to input gps coordinates directly to create waypoints, in GPS buddy or one of your other offerings?
Use with Columbus p-7 pro
Re: Use with Columbus p-7 pro
Buddy display GPS positions using the P-7. It does not record that data like LapTimer. GPS data is pulled from the P-7 when the app is active only. So it does not collect data when sent to background. This by the way will be the same for all known apps. Background position collection is done using the internal GPS usually.
Buddy supports the .HPOIL format to inject waypoints.
