USB ODBLink SX not working

I have an android and a ODBLink SX and Laptimer don't seem to see it, but the ODBLink app does.

What's the issue and how could that get fixed please?

LapTimer v23 doesn‘t support wired adapters. We have added support for both the SX and EX for LapTimer v24 which is available as beta currently. Please have a look into the announcements section here in the forum.
