Video all just black screen

Hello Harry,
At practice today my session recorded lap times but the video recorded on my phone is just a 17 minute black screen with sound effects. I've never had this before.

I have the Grand Prix version.

Also I have tried to get the app to connect to the gopro to download the video which was recording in multi cam, but the connection counts down from 10 then does nothing. The gopro turns on, but the application doesn't seem to access the gopro.

Do you have any tips as we're racing in 12 hours time and I would love to have it working again.

Black video: either permissions to access the cam are not granted to LapTimer, the lens is covered, or the cam needs a reset. Check permissions in your smartphone's Settings app. To reset the cam completely, please restart the smartphone.
