How to enable announcement of lap splits?

Right now I have HLT audio going out of my iPhone into my Stilo helmet speakers so I can hear my lap time and not have to look at anything. I'd love to hear my splits and even better would be if I could hear my over/under from my virtual best.

Is it possible to turn this on somewhere in advanced settings? Or possible to request this feature be added. I am currently running Petrolhead edition and will happily upgrade to GrandPrix if that's what is necessary to enable it.
