Lap List icons and challenges question

Hi All,

I tried searching on this, but couldn't find an answer. I am using Android version. I have noticed that my last 2 track days, I have not been able to create a Challenge from my lap details screen, and that this seems to correlate with an extra white/grey circle icon on my lap list screen. So on my lap list screen, for each lap, I have the average speed, circle with slash, green dot, white/grey dot.

Can someone tell me what this new white/grey dot means, and why I don't get the option to create a challenge with laps that have it? Did I change a setting without realizing it?

∅ means average, it is a symbol used in math.

There is a number of prerequisites when submitting a challenge:

- Lap needs to have data recordings,
- it needs to have been recorded automatically,
- it needs to belong to a certified track,
- and it must not be tagged as a demo or another user's challenge.
- The app needs to be one of the three LapTimer editions or one of the two Michelin editions.

Oh bingo, thanks! Somehow, all my laps from the last couple of track days all got tagged as challenges, not sure how that happened.

The white/grey dot in the lap list must mean it is a challenge lap. I unchecked the challenge tag on the laps in question, and that resolved the issue.

You have probably set Challenge as a standard tag (in Status, where manual track and car selection is done too). Please remove it here so it is not getting added automatically.
