Android 4.4: Code 5 video frame encoding failed

I try to overlay a video and got this error at half the process. The video was HD from the internal cam. I try again with VGA resolution and got the same error.

A video from a Denver cam works.

Any Idea?

I have another case like this and received sample footage already. I will try to fix it or work around... Which smartphone model do you use?
