I'm curious if I can use wireless OBDII and wireless video from a go-pro at the same time? I'm thinking no... Is there another wireless solution for OBDII/CAN like bluetooth?

No, you can connect to one WiFi at a time only. There are BT OBDs available both for Android and iOS. Please check www.gps-laptimer.de/Compatibilty.html to see the options (just updated).
