I have been looking for information on how large an average datalog is, especially one that includes video.
I'm about to get an iPhone 4S (and this lap timer), and am debating between the 32 GB and the 64 GB models.
If the logs are rather large in size then I'll get the larger version. This isn't the only thing I would have on there, I plan to have music and other media as well.
How large is the file for say a 10 minute session, with video? Just looking for an average size, not going to hold anyone to a specific value. lol

Re: Datalog size
Hi,
Video takes approximately 80 MB per minute
GPS / OBD / Acceleration data recording takes exactly 4440 Bytes per minute at 1 Hz update rate
So when talking about space, video is the only relevant size you need to consider. LapTimer is based on a PalmOS data layer, there is nothing smaller and more efficient than this
