Hello,
I understand that if you are driving on a new road course that isn't recognized by Laptimer, a full lap will need to be registered before Laptimer can start timing your lap.
What about if you are driving along a canyon pass and will just want the OBDII overlay data along with your video footage? Will this data be stored even though a full lap is never completed?

Re: Overlay for canyon driving
LapTimer does not need a full lap to record data. There are several options instead: use the New Track or the Autocross Assitants to set up a track on site. As an alternative, you can define your track using the built in Map. For this approach, please goto www.gps-laptimer.de and follow LapTimer Documentation / Tracks.
Finally, you can record manually by opening the Video View and press the small red button to start recording. Use the green button to stop recording again.

Thanks, Harry! Will all the overlay options be available while manually recording?
