1.3.5. The firmware seems to be included in the free SkyPro app.

Having to try more than once to update firmware on the XGPS160 is common. It's a lot better than it was, though.

There's an updated version of the SkyPro app out that is a bug fix rather than a firmware update. Maybe that will help.

Just created an account to say...

I was about to pull the trigger on the XGPS150 (at £90 here in the UK) when I got sidetracked by the XGPS160. On first look it was more expensive and I was weighing up my options of this or the 150.

Was literally about to checkout when I saw expansys have these 160's for £89 delivered.

I have no association with the company at all - just posting here as this is frankly a bargain and thought others would be interested - I've ordered one now!

Sorry if this has been asked before, but is there an iOS-compatible API available for the Dual XGPS line of products? Google searching has turned up nothing, just thought I'd ask here. I'd be interested in accessing the extra satellite information that the SkyPro/Status Tool apps have access to.

Please contact Dual on this. They have a partner program but it requires a NDA.
