This means either the lap is already overlaid (check the video preview please), or you have changed the video type accidentally in Video List / Video Details. Actually you should have seen a warning? Anyway, in case it is the later, go back to Video List, select the video, and modify the video type back to "Original" or "Raw". Now, you should get the "Overlay" button in your lap's details.
