ODBII out of sync with overlay

Post by stchemist »

2003 Corvette Z06
Latest version of LT
iPhone 5 32G (w/Power cord)
XPGPS160 (wifi)
Kiwi2 (Blutooth)

Example: http://youtu.be/ktsch_PX5og?list=UUxPEK ... Or7sX6XcLA

This was last year with older version of LT but I have the same issue with latest version too.

The ODBII data seems to be pretty good as far as Hz, it is just out of sync when I overlay it.
Any way to fix this?
Thanks Harry for a great product and all the work you do to make it better.

I think OBD data is maybe 0.2 seconds ahead of video (i.e. it is actually pretty good). In other words: video is 0.2 seconds late. This means you need to increase the Overlay Synchronization / Video delay by 0.2 in LapTimer -> Settings -> Expert Settings.
