Forget about the Video List, although it allows some manipulation of files (like deletion or moving), it mainly shows you the status of video files available. The links are stored in the laps database, which is shown in Lap List / Lap Details. In case a link is dangling, you see a NO VIDEO. In case the video can be found, you get the preview.
