Can I Crop Video?

On my last trip to NJMP, the video didn't stop after the last lap, but just kept recording for at least another hour or 2. The video file on my iPhone 5 is now over 4gb. It is too big to transfer to internal storage and too big for my iCloud.

Is there any way to crop the video to cut off the last hour or two?

Not on the device. Use iBrowse to copy the video to your desktop, crop it, and copy it back (using the same name).

P.S. You need to "Cancel" the cool down lap to purge the cool down lap's incomplete data and stop recording. Do that when back in the pits.
