Download data to Mac

How do I download my data on to a Mac?
Data is generally transferred using the 'Export' functions (Lap List top left button and in each Lap Details view). Select the data format you like and send it yourself using a standard email. The most convenient format is KML (Google Earth), check Google to find a free download for the Mac. Overlaid video are stores in your iPhone's Photo library. Either sync them to your Mac (iPhoto) after having configured your device's sync setting in iTunes on the Mac (check the Photo tab), or publish them using one of the channels provided by the Photo app.
