Custom Chrono points

Post by mlsmith23 »

Hi pals, nice to meet you

I'm currently racing on a time controlled event.

We race in Interlagos track and can't be faster than 2'20"

Harry's Lap Timer live gap prediction is awesome, but it reffers to the wrong Chrono point.

Is there a way to create a custom Chrono point? Or even a new track with the correct Chrono point?

Thank you all for your support!

I founded this thread
viewtopic.php?f=9&t=3411

It got me some clues on how to create a custom track.

Okay, tomorrow I will take place in a time based rally, and I need a very precise lap time at a custom point in Interlagos track.

I'm really afraid that lap timer will get crazy because my custom track is on a existing track.

I can't test before go to the track, so I'm hoping to everything goes ok

In case you create a custom track (using either the assistants, or manually like shown in docs from http://www.gps-laptimer.de/documentation), you need to purge existing track in the same space. LapTimer will show track set "conflicts". To purge a track set, simple long press / swipe the row "Certified Track Set" in Lap List. Keep the laps, purge just the triggers.
