With IPhone, Android, and GoPro support many video resolutions at 720P, 1080P, 2.7, 4K and frame rates of 30, 60, 120FPS.

In your expert opinion, what would you recommend is the BEST and your RECOMMENDED resolution that HLT supports?

To start with, not all resolution/rates are supported.
You can use HD, FullHD, UHD 4K. 2.7K will result in odd overlays.
Frame rates must not exceed 60fps, otherwise interpolation to frames will fail and you will see animations not being smooth.

The rest is mainly about storage available.
