I'm still a relatively new user, working on figuring out some basics. Is there a way to download the lateral acceleration map from an iPhone 7 to an iMac in a format that can be expanded to show G forces and speeds (jpeg, pdf, other)? A screen shot from the iPhone is not large enough to show speed and detail.

For the Map View, there is a PDF export available. It is a bit hidden:

LapTimer ‣ Analysis ‣ Lap List ‣ any lap ‣ Date Recordings / Preview ‣ tool icon top left ‣ Export ‣ PDF

To do serious analysis, you may try Racelogic's Circuit Tools 2 Windows application (running in something like VMware Fusion on your Mac).
Or stay tuned for a Harry's Mac application coming Spring.
