Apologies if already responded to as I began to look at the various posts but did not hit mark. When downloading a track, it likely comes with a Certified track set with the gold crest. In the case of NJMP Thunderbolt there are 41. Can you just delete the Certified Track Set for each track as I never plan to use them.

Swipe delete (iOS) / long press (Android) the Certified Track Set item to delete it. In case you have no laps recorded for this track, the section will be removed as a side effect.
