Does the GPS and Gyro on the IWATCH an alternative to external products like the DUAL? Is the refresh rate still 1htz or at a higher rate? Can HTZ use values coming from IWATCH? Can the IWATCH 5 replace any other external equipment?

I do not see a reason it should deliver more precise sensor data than your smartphone.
