Free run mode

Post by spjonez »

Can you record videos with overlays while you aren't on a race track? I recently bought a new car and I'd like to record a few videos driving around town. I have the Grand Prix edition. I know I could probably define my own track setting waypoints but having a "free run" mode that simply records video with overlays would be amazing.

Yes, this free run mode can be enabled by ticking Manual Timing in LapTimer’s Settings. It will give you Start and Stop buttons in Timer View.

NB: LapTimer v22.1.1 has a known bug for manual timing: results are rounded to 1s or be off even more. This will be fixed soon.
