Is iCloud the only way to transfer video from device to phone?

Is iCloud the only way to transfer video from device to phone? How can android users transfer the video?
iCloud can't be used to transfer videos. It has been used to transfer videos between the MultiCam app and LapTimer, and to unload videos from a device temporarily. Please have a look into Video Documentation (www.gps-laptimer.de/documentation) to see the options to transfer footage.
