Multicam using external DRIFT camera

Post by BossV8 »

Hi,

I see only GoPro, Sony and Garmin in the liste of possible external cameras?
Does this mean I cannot use my DRIFT HD Ghost ?
My purpose is to record in real time with this external camera rather than with my iPhone Camera.

Thanks for your advice.

You can operate it manually, and add footage to LapTimer later. Instructions are available in Video Documentation from www.gps-laptimer.de/documentation

So it means that for realtime recording, and no post-session work I need a go pro camera?

You will always have some post session work (transfer and re-link), but yes, you will need to sync data and video for action cams not supported. The range of cams supported for the remote controlled / synced scenario are listed in www.gps-laptimer.de/compatibility/ios and www.gps-laptimer.de/compatibility/android
