Lost Database

Post by bazza_c »

I am using a Samsung Galaxy Note 2 smartphone. During some housekeeping - where i was deleting an individual data file, the program crashed - latest version only updated 2 days ago. As it tried to restart i got an error message about the database having errors and prompted me to try and recover using an earlier version of the database. This completed successfully, but now I have no Lap data whatsoever. Is this lost forever, or can I find this somewhere?

I tried searching for the hlprt and hlprz files, but found nothing..

Thanks

Move back to app level. Accessing individual database files is extremely complex. Goto LapTimer / Administration / Databases and look for older backups. Long touch a row to get the restore option and try it from latest to oldest.

Do not uninstall the app, this will purge any local databases too.
