Touch the file in Dropbox or the mail generated during export. Select LapTimer as the app to open it with. In case the mail version doesn't work, download the file first and change to the Download app. Touch the file again / select LapTimer for import.

I mailed it an tried to open with my email programm (which doesn't work) and i tried to open it with a file manager. But i do not have an option "Open with...". That my problem. Maybe i try another file manager...

#Edit
I created a dropbox account. Now i have my data on the new phone. :)

Just to understand - have you tried both pressing the attachment and long-pressing it?

Yes!
I've done that on a Huawei Honor 6.

- pressing, i get the message like "No app was found to open that file"
- press-and-hold, i do not get the Option "Open with"

Seems to be that there is not "Open with..." option. But with the dropbox "workaround" it worked. :)
