Exporting Track Weekend to local or network storage device

I have a 64GB IPOD touch and nearly exhausted the storage. How do I fully export all the data and video to an external storage device and use it?

Please transfer footage to the iPods photo library (Move button in Video Details) and sync it to the desktop using iTunes. As an alternative, you can move videos from within LapTimer's Documents folder. Use iBrowse to accomplish this and take care you change .mov files only.

can I export all the detail on the iPod touch and do the overlays on my MAC?

Not currently. I have a Mac LapTimer version on my roadmap, but can't say anything in the schedule so far.
