GL-1 connection?

GL-1 connection?
Has anyone tried the GL-1 connection? it works with another app and use a direct connection versus a wireless connection of some sort. Harry's still has some better features though, so since i am buying a new connection and am new to laptimer this may be a plus. Also, maybe it is a faster or more reliable connection without the wiress.

The GL1 has the advantage of faster, more stable connection. Furthermore it will not heat the iPhone to the extend WLAN does. However, as they are not ELM327 compatible, it will currently not connect to LapTimer. They send me some API information, so in principle I can integrate, but so far I do not see a good effort / value ratio and have deferred support to a later point in time.
