How do I export the HD video from the iPhone 4 to my computer and YouTube?

I think I found a partial answer.....sync with iTunes. So I guess you can stream the video to the AppleTV, is that correct?

LapTimer stores videos in the photo library. As soon as you sync with iTunes, it will be synchronized to whatever you have defined in iTunes synchronization settings.
