wrong configuration of track used

so i totally oversaw that i had both configurations of the track loaded up, conflicting. One session was recorded correctly, other sessions were added to the wrong configuration. Is there an easy way to change them to the other configuration (basically another track), preferably before overlaying the video's?

little background - the configuration is never known in advance - it is decided in the morning and depends on the weather and how many people are expected. I do not have data plan on the iphone - so I either have to make sure to mail the different configurations to myself - or load both of them and delete the one not used at the track.
