i have a big video file (45 min) been stored in iPhone, this fie was recorded under laptimerpro apps. how can i take it out?

In case you are lucky and have a lot of space available (45*180MB*2=16 GB), goto any of the laps linked to that video, press Details just below the video preview and press the Move button. This will transfer the video to your photo library from where you can sync it to your desktop computer using iTunes.
In case you do not have additional 16GB available, you need to access the file directly using iExplorer (google) and find it in Apps/LapTimer/Documents
In general, I recommend to not record sessions of this length. You will run into issues frequently with the resulting huge vids.
