Using an indash Android Stereo Headunit for LapTimer

Post by maxarbos »

Hello,

Is it possible to use something like this to run Harrys Lap Timer?

https://www.amazon.com/Binize-Android-C ... B08B5SW9RM

It has built in GPS, USB for external USB hard drive and front camera capability. Also to be able to read OBD2 devices.

Has anyone tried this and gotten it to work?

Would love to use something like this rather than a mount for my phone.

Thanks.

Cam and GPS: depends on the Android implementation (I believe I have seen a similar post just a few minutes ago?) and needs to be tested. OBD: non standard, will not work out of the box.
