Transfer to Ipad (7. Gen) Ios 14.0.1 not possible

Hi,
i want to transfer my weekend datas from my Iphone to my ipad. If i press the button 'teilen' then the App (24.0) start from new again. The some problem is when i press the button on the start screen. My old Ipad with ios 10.x.x is running well. The laptimer version on this Ipad is 23.0.8.
i had updated the new ipad with 24.0. After that i have this problem. With App 23.0.8 i had on both ipads no problems. Please advise
