Qstarz 818XT Paired but not on available list?

Hi. I purchased the Qstarz 818XT because it was on your recommended list. I can pair it to my phone but when I select to see all the available sensors, it does not appear on the list. I upgraded from the Rookie version to the Petrohead version.
