Video is not synchronized with Speed and RPM

Post by ZinoM3 »

As you can see in this Video, the data like speed and rpm is allways about 2 seconds ahead the filmed video footage. How can I adjust this?

The problem persists even if I use an external GPS antenna (VBox racing)
Thank you !

Yes, all data is ahead of video. So you need to adjust the Overlay Synchronization / Video setting in LapTimer ‣ Administration ‣ Settings ‣ Expert Settings. Increase the standard value from 1 (second) to 1.5 or 2.0 to signal LapTimer the video stream is later than expected.

Changing any sensor, may require you to tune other sensor delays. The VBOX for example will have different real time delays compared to the internal GPS.

That having said, we had plenty on discussion on sensor and video delays here on the forum. You may want to use the search function to get more background.
