Transferring files from GoPro to Laptimer on iPhone

Post by metro2084 »

I'm following the documentation and it says that I have to connect GoPro via wifi to the phone and then open Laptimer and go to video list. The spinner rotates forever without showing the files. Some files transferred themselves before though, looks like during the time I was driving, but most of them are missing. So how do it get the rest of them?

Thank you.

WiFi transfer is discourage in the doc because it is not reliable. The preferred way to transfer footage is marked with “This is the recommended way to transfer video in general as it is a lot faster and more reliable too.” The transfer using iTunes / Files and placing the video directly into LapTimer’s documents area is the way to go. http://www.gps-laptimer.de/documentation
