Laptimer not working on Android 10

Hello, I have a Xiaomi Mi9T Pro with Android 10. Laptimer is not starting at all (just a grey screen)

Do you have the latest LapTimer version installed and is this a fresh install?

I just cleaned the cache, uninstalled it and reinstalled, but still I am just getting a grey screen when I start the app (I have the Grand Prix version)

You may want to try the beta announced two days ago. It has a few changes for Android 10 too. In case this doesn’t work, it is probably better to return the app. Device specific issues are hard to track - there are too many.

I tried the beta version, but still the app is not starting at all. I'm just getting a grey screen and nothing else...

Well, I have no Xiaomi Mi9T Pro with Android 10 available to test, but I will check if I get any crash logs sent. In case is it just the display but doesn’t crash, I doubt I can help. I will come back tomorrow.

Ok, thank you for your support. I have no idea if the app is crashing, but when I open it, I'm just getting a grey screen and the phone gets stuck until i force Laptimer to be closed.

I have checked the crash reports - nothing I can see. I assume there is some speciality / compatibility issue. In case you have no other device to use, please contact me on Harry@gps-laptimer.de and I will send instructions how to cancel the purchase. I'm sorry I have no other offer.
