How to export Data from Iphone to Windows for Dashware

sorry very new to laptimer and forums. Done multiple searches but cant find any instructions on this.

Can anyone point me toward topic or provide any guidance on how to take iphone laptimer data to my windows laptop?

I need the "csv" data file I'm guessing so I can load it into Dashware.

The only way I found to export data is the "email" backup which sends some .hlptrz file which I believe is only for use in harrys app.

I'm assuming there aren't any clear instructions because its not an easy fix. If thats true thats fine I just want to know if someone has a solution so I dont waste hours troubleshooting something myself if its not possible, etc.

Please select a lap you want to be part of the export from Lap List. Select the share / distribute function here. This will give you a dialog allowing you to extend the scope (lap, lap's session, all laps for the track, all laps), and select several formats including CSV, VBO, GPX.
