Help on issues you run into with LapTimer; in case you have a question on how to use LapTimer, use the forum "Using LapTimer" instead

Samsung Galaxy S10E, stops recording video after 10 mins, keeps recording data

Storage isnt a problem and it keeps recording laps, but 9-12 minutes into a run the video stops recording. The timer shows its recording, yet it's not. Hadn't had the issues at this track until this past weekenf

LapTimer starts a system service to record video. Afterwards, the recording is handled by Android. So this sounds like the service stops recording and LapTimer is still assuming it is going on. Android phones stop video recordings when changing the app or - more general - what is called an "Activity" in Android. This is the reason LapTimer doesn't allow you (or at least tries to) to change views while a recording is ongoing. So please check if you see anything special at about 10 minutes - incoming calls, notifications, other stuff.
