Hi Harry,
I had to reinstall the app today, version 23.0.10, on my iPad Pro running iOS 13.2. Unfortunately, the app is crashing. I'm unable to load either of the Karting tracks I use (Bayford Meadows and Buckmore Park) or restore from a backup file - the app just crashes.

Any idea what I can do please?

Is this an iPad with mobile Internet option or WiFi only?
I just tried for a 11 Pro Max (13.2) and loading Bayford is working,

Hi Harry,
It’s wi-if only. I checked again and I can’t load any tracks at all As soon as I click ‘Load’ the app crashes. When I reopen it nothing has been loaded.

I can do a restore on my iPad and see if that helps. I’ve not cleaned it out in a while.

PS. Which external GPS do you use?

I’m using the Dual 150, but only with my phone. I don’t connect the iPad to it. I collect the data on the phone and then transfer it to the iPad for analysis on the bigger screen.

Are there any crash files the app saves I could send you?

The iPhone is running 13.2 too?
Provided you haven’t opted out, crash reports are sent to Apple. These get available for developers after some time.

You can send a crash log directly! Start the Settings app and follow Privacy / Analytics & Improvements / Analytics Data and select a LapTimer crash log with a date after updating to 13.2. Send it to Harry@gps-laptimer.de and I will check.
