What is the time in a csv file?

Post by rbpeirce »

I'm sorry but I extracted the files and deleted them on my iPhone. When I opened the csv files the time were clearly not correct in terms of EDT. I was running in the day between around 9AM and 5PM, EDT. The times in the CSV file were 2-7PM! I suspect they are for another time zone but I don't know which and how to adjust. Are they GMT?

Times in the recordings export are UTC = GMT time zone times.

Thanks. GMT-4 will correct it.
