VBsport says not connected

Hi everyone
New to the forum. I was hoping this topic has been discussed in the past but couldn't find one. Please help.
I have an moto x force on adroid 8.0
My phone is paired with the
vbox.
When im trying to add VBsport to my Harry laptime app it says its not connected. Is there something that I missed trying to setup
vbox or Bluetooth?

VBOX support is exclusive to LapTimer GrandPrix. Do you use this edition (or updated Rookie / Petrolhead to GP)?

i have petrohead edition v22.1.4. do i have to buy the grandprix version?

Yes, you need to upgrade to GrandPrix to get Pro level sensor support: LapTimer ‣ Administration ‣ Add-ons ‣ GrandPrix Upgrade

thanks. updated to GrandPrix version, but the site didn't offer me a way to update to grandprix, so i paid $19.99 for the Petrolhead version and $27.99 for the grandprix versions.
Let me know if there's a way to get a refund.

I had posted the path to get the Petrolhead / GrandPrix upgrade one post above.
Please return the full GrandPrix as follows: check the Google / PlayStore receipt for the so called Google Order Number. It starts with "GPA." followed by some numbers. Send this number to
Harry@gps-laptimer.de and add a link to this thread.
