Set HLT V22.003. Preparing for session with RACE - TIMER -GAP. When crossing start / Finish, Gap is reflecting countdown from entire reference lap and not just the delta from current lap to reference lap at any given point on track.

Check your reference lap please. It is probably something LapTimer can't compare the current lap to.
