Transferring Laps to a new Phone

Post by luckydog »

Hi there,
I was running HLT on an iPhone 5.
I misplaced it, so I started using my iPhone X (but missed my old laps!)

Today I found the iPhone 5.

I looked through the forums to try to find how to migrate the laptimes.

I did a database export to email, then opened the email on the iPhone X, clicked on the file, and said open in HLT.

It offered a prompt, do you want to important this data? Clicked Yes

Then it popped up "Failed to import data"

Any tips? Thanks!

I assume there is some corruption in the file exported. Please try this:

1) Run Check Data on your old phone
2) Export .hlptrl again and try to import it again.

In case this doesn't work, please send the .hlptrl file to me and I will fix it (if possible).
