Sync with edited GoPro-video failed

Post by sdeepo »

Hi there
I just recorded some data and some videos with my gopro.

After I moved the videos on my phone (LG G4) I tried to sync them with the data.
I had no problems with unedited files of my GoPro Hero 5 Session, works fine.

A few other laps, the video was too short to fit the data. So I added a few seconds to fit the videos to my data.
To edit those videos, I used GoPro Studio. (1080p, 16:9, *.mp4)
Now I tried to sync those videos with my data. I can select a sync-frame. But if I want to watch or export the Video, the error "no video or audio found in this video. Please select another video" or something like that appears. I can watch the video at the laptimer, without overlay.

My guess is the video or audio codec from exporting the videos of GoPro Studio. Maybe there was something messed up. Are there any requirements for using the videos?

I hope you understand my english, german would be easier

greetings

Please make sure the file name is made up from non accent letters and numbers only. No blanks in particular. B22 will have that fixed.

In case this doesn’t apply, the problem will be some encoding issue.
